Ormond Memorial

A planter in the shape of a train has been constructed as a memorial to Ormond, founding member of CiB, with the support of Facet and Metalcraft. You can see it on the Huntingdon Road near the junction with West Street.

Little Bloomers

CiB runs a monthly Children's Gardening Club, dates for 2017/2018 School Year:

Spaces are limited to 20 children per session. To book your place please contact David Isaacs at [email protected] (Please note session themes may change, we will try to notify you if this happens) Donations to finance the costs of running this group are always welcome.


We usually meet on the second Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. If you'd like to come along and see if you would like to join please contact us for details.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is in October every year. This meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend, more details to follow.


Litter pick first Saturday of every month at 10 a.m. at the Town Council Office, 14 Church Lane. Weeding Group meets third Saturday of the month at the Town Council Office 10 am. Various areas of town are covered. Please come and help.

We will soon be publishing the route we will be taking the Anglia in Bloom judges along . There are many ways you can help out such as picking up any litter, reporting dog fouling or if you're confident enough, weeding displays in the town centre.
